Francis Muhangi was born in 1960.
Grew up in a christian family.
Completed primary school education at Kabushe Boys (Nganua Junior) School.
Completed Avanced (A) level at Ryauasinga Centre for Higher Education (CHE).
After achieving A level, he taught at Kashongi Highschool as a licenced teacher.
Studied at Kigungu Agricultural Institute.
In 1988 he joined church ministry and obtained a certificate in Theology.
In 1990 he was ordained. Worked as a school chaplain and agriculture teacher at Ryauasinga CHE.
Became a parish priest of Rwamujojo Parish, Kabushe Parish and Masheruka Parish sequentially.
Continued with further education and got his Diploma in Theology at the Uganda Christian University in Hukono.
Posted to Bishop McAllister College Kyogyera as a chaplain and also worked as a licenced teacher.
Went back after a short while to Uganda Christian University for a Bachelors degree in Theology.
After graduation in 2000, he returned to Bishop Mc Allister College in Kyogyera.
A year later, he went back to the university for a Post Graduate Diploma in Education.
Worked as chaplain, teacher and deputy principal at Bishop Mc Allister College until 2006.
Then he secured a scolarship to study for a Masters degree in Philosophy of Religious Education at Norsk Lærerakademi (NLA) in Norway.
He received his graduation in August 2008.
In November 2007, he has started a private Primary School, Neptune Francis, in Kyamarebe-Kiruhura Uganda.
In August 2008, he flew back to Uganda, to continue with Church/Education Ministry and has a zeal for the progress of the Neptune Francis, Nursery and primary School project. |
